All classes are offered on a drop-in basis for $10 unless otherwise stated!
Open: All levels welcome. Teacher will gage class and teach appropriately. (Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Modern classes).
Basics: Intro to that class. Basic moves and vocabulary to try out that specific style.(Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Modern classes).
Level 2 or 3: Requires multiple years of training in that specific style. Higher the difficulty number the more training needed. (Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Lyrical and Modern classes).
Musical Theater: Quick warm up and fun choreography from your fav Broadway, Movie or TV show hit song!
Dance Cardio: All levels welcome. A choreographed step by step routine to help you get you to your best cardio workout. Fun, upbeat music will push you through this non-stopping thrill ride. This all levels class is for adults wanting a workout that feels unlike the norm of a gym or treadmill.
TRX: Your not going to want to miss TRX Suspension Training. BootCamp: Get your fill of cardio and muscular endurance training in this 60-minute bootcamp created by Wayne Barnett. Combinations of high intensity interval training, TRX Suspension Training, and bodyweight exercise designed to challenge your inner athlete!

Please arrive on time to class. Students who are ten minutes or more late will not be permitted into the studio. All payments must be taken care of before entering class. We reserve the right to pull students from class who have not paid.
Please discuss class placement with a studio manager prior to taking first class. Our faculty have final say in class placement and level.
Form fitting clothing for technique classes. Comfortable active wear and tennis shoes are recommended for fitness classes. All other shoes are per class.
All group classes can also be formatted for private instruction. Please contact us if this is something you are interested in.
